STRICT REGISTRATION CONDITIONS APPLY:
1. Registration fees for the 2024/25 season are as follows:
> $1450/team if paid before close of rego date, $1550 if paid on or thereafter
> $125 for individual registers
Conditions of registrations for teams and individuals are further detailed when you click on ‘regsitration links’below.
2. Registration forms and FULL PAYMENT is required by close of registration date for all district competitions. Any teams and/or individual players with unpaid fees after closing rego date will not be included into the season fixture or allocated a team.
Note: Once registration forms are submitted via our online links (Team or Individual), an automated text message and email will be sent (within 3 business days) with instructions on how to make payment.

3. Players can only register and play for 1 team per district division. Players in breach of this will be subject to penalties under the “fill-ins” rule (No.4) under the CPD Oztag Association ‘Competition Guidelines’.
4. Teams cannot have more than 3 of their players registered in another team, regardless if it is across different divisions.
5. All players MUST play in official Oztag branded shorts/tights. These can be purchased from the admin desk
(shorts – $30, tights – $45, cash only) where a full size range will be available each competition round. Any players without official Oztag branded shorts will not be permitted to take the field.
6. All teams must be wear matching, uniform numbered tops.

Game Times: Time slots for games will range between 6:30pm – 9:30pm.
TEAM REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. The Nominate a person in the team to be the team Delegate (Captain/Manager/Representative). The Delegate will be the team’s point of contact to the CPD Oztag Association and Convenor, in which team organisation, registration information and other relevant news can be communicated through.
2. Team Delegate to click on Team Registration Form link below and fill out sheet accordingly. Once completed, click the ‘submit’ button to send the form. The competition convenor will respond in email and text message once received and provide directions and information of how and when you can finalise registration fee payments to complete registration process.

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Click on Individual Registration Form link below and fill out accordingly. Once completed, click the ‘submit’ button to send the form. The competition convenor will respond in email and text message once received and provide directions and information of how and when you can finalise registration fee payments to complete registration process.
